v1.7.0

This release ships server-side changelog generation so CI containers no longer drop the job, a large project intelligence and dashboard feature with scout research and account-level project libraries, a new capture pipeline that screenshots real browser windows and exports from a single master, automated Claude code review on every pull request, and a poster gallery layout. Several internal fixes land alongside: library item sort order, studio server CORS, deploy secret loading, and test cleanup.

New

  • Project intelligence, dashboard, scout, and account-level project librariesProjects now carry a research-backed intelligence profile built from audience signals, competitor graphs, and SERP data. A new dashboard UI surfaces library items — drafts, captures, and assets — and a scout subsystem gathers community and rival evidence to feed the intelligence pipeline. f1964c3
  • Capture screenshots real browser windows and exports from a single masterA new capture pipeline opens a disposable browser at a chosen size, captures it by CoreGraphics window id (so it works behind other windows or on another Space), and drives setup over DevTools Protocol. Export reduces one master per destination in headless Chrome at up to 4× for type-only artwork, 2× when a capture is embedded — no image library required. 59e9486
  • New poster gallery layout and fix for white-corner artifacts on frameless slidesFrameless slides no longer paint a white backing behind the image, which was causing transparent browser-chrome corners to render as white wedges. A new poster layout is also available: one centred headline, no mark, product held inside the canvas. 8760d53
  • Message-card headlines honour explicit line breaks and support bold and underline emphasisExplicit line breaks in message-card headlines are now preserved. Support lines also render **strong** and underline emphasis, and the mark top now matches footer clearance. 478ade1 856c69e 422b4a1

Improved

  • Changelog generation now runs server-side, surviving ephemeral CI containersPreviously --detach handed generation to a local process that died with the CI container before the changelog could publish. The CLI now uploads commits and diffs to the helleze Worker, which generates and publishes on a cron under a leased claim with retries. 12cc1bc
  • Browser context from a real capture no longer gets wrapped in a fake frameThe chrome-web-store adapter previously required a drawn browser frame on every slide. Slides now declare chromeInScene and go frameless; nesting a fake frame around a real captured window is now an error. Pre-flight checks also warn on contain-fit letterboxing, overly tight crops, headlines under 20 px at destination size, and layout drift across a set. c93afcb

Fixed

  • Library items now sort correctly when captures are presentLibraryItem.createdAt and updatedAt were number | string: captures passed an ISO-8601 string through, so a January capture outranked a June draft in text sort. Both fields are now number, capture timestamps go through Date.parse, and list() sorts numerically. bdbb5c9

Security

  • Studio server restricts responses to its own originThe local studio server now answers only requests from its own origin, preventing other local pages from reading its responses. fe13f62

This release unifies the Helleze product and Hell skill into a single coherent system, updating documentation, specs, and source files across the board. It also introduces a safe start-fresh workflow for Hell, allowing projects to be reset without data loss risk.

New

  • Safe start-fresh workflow added for Hell projectsA new reset flow lets you start a Hell project fresh without risking unintended data loss. The CLI, API, and skill reference have all been updated to support the reset workflow safely. ebb8953

Improved

  • Helleze product and Hell skill unified into a single systemThe Helleze product definition and the Hell skill reference have been merged into one coherent structure, aligning documentation, specs, routes, models, and evals under a shared design. This makes the product and skill easier to reason about and maintain together. d124c8d
